We aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with as little environmental impact as possible. All orders are packed carefully in recyclable packaging and sent from New Zealand with Courier Post / NZ Post.

New Zealand

  • Standard delivery: $6 NZD flat rate

  • Free delivery: on all orders over $50 NZD

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days*

Australia

  • Standard delivery: $12 AUD flat rate

  • At this stage we don’t offer free delivery to Australia

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–10 working days*

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been sent.

Sustainable Packaging

We keep packaging to a minimum and use materials that can be recycled, reused, or composted wherever possible. Our shipping envelopes are made from biodegradable paper, and our protective wrapping is biodegradable cardboard. Please recycle or reuse your packaging to help us reduce waste.
