How do I use the cream & liquid together?
The liquid and the cream compliment each other. We recommend you put the liquid on first and give it a minute or 2 to absorb in, and then massage in a small amount of the cream. Our testing has been based on doing this process once per day, but if you use it more frequently it will likely work even better.
