Definite improvement in nail strength and growth after only three weeks of use. I am applying twice twice a day as my nails were in a pretty poor condition. I like the way both products are absorbed into the nails. Will be re-ordering when current supply runs out.
I think it does a better job than emery andc ertainly environmetally better. Would have given it five stars bit it is a little thicker than i'm used to.
my nails have always been soft and prone to breaking, but recently some had started splitting down the nail. The nail strength intensive care and the nail cream have not only stopped my nails splitting, but have made them much harder as well. I now have elegant looking nails !!
Have yet to see visible difference, they are still ridged and splitting after 15 days use of both oil and cream, hhowever I will continue to use.

If they are still splitting, then can I suggest you preferentially use the liquid (which has a much higher concentration of the special hydrolysed keratin than is possible in the cream). Perhaps try using it twice per day and/or after showering or doing the dishes, if practical/possible. This should work with a bit more time. If you run out of the liquid before the splits have fulled healed up, please let me know, and I'll happily send you some more liquid for free.
If you have the time to take a few high quality photos now, so we can compare in the future that would be great!

I'm still finding some of my nails are still breaking

I'm sorry to hear that some of your nails are still breaking; it may be that your nails are weaker than average. If that's the case I'd recommend preferentially using the liquid as it has a much higher concentration of the hydrolysed keratin that is possible in the cream and is better for those that don't quickly see results and really need an increase in structural stregnth. Perhaps use the liquid twice per day, including after showering or doing the dishes when/possible/practical. I'm pretty confident they will get a good bit stronger if you stick at it. And once they have stregnthened up, you shouldn't need to much treatment to maintain that strength.

My nails are very thin and split up the middle often, due to a cancer medication which I have been taking for a number of years. Any product I have attempted to try makes my nails worse so finding your natural wool keratin product has surprised me. After two weeks I am seeing definite improvement, and hoping to strengthen to the point of growing out the splits. Impressed!
I bought the sample size straight after your radio interview and are now about half way through the next lot. I was a bit disappointed that the liquid one is the same size as the trial one. I thought it would be bigger.
My nails have been weak and flaky all of my life. My thumbs had vertical ridges and were prone to splitting.
It took a while for your treatment to work but I can confidently say now that it has made a big improvement. I have been using the liquid and the cream twice a day.

I've only been using this product (oil one evening, and cream the next evening) for 3 weeks, and can see a HUGE improvement in my nails!! I just wish I'd taken a photo of my nails prior to commencing use. My nails have been very thin and brittle for many years and as I garden etc (always use gloves) even so its hard to protect them. Since starting Dr Toms' Ive only had one small nail breaki. I really can't believe how good this product(s) is! It was pure good luck I got on to it as turned on Radio NZ to catch to 12 noon news, and caught the end of an item about the wonder of wool, inlcuidng a message from a listener saying she was using a wool formulated nail strenthener, the best she's even used. I Googled wool nail stregthener and up came Dr Toms. I place my order within 10 minutes of turning on the radi. What luck! I was going to wait a few more weeks before posting a Review but am glad you contacted me.(Anne Buckell, not David, Visa is in his name but he doen't need nail strengther).
I have been applying both fluid and cream since 11th November 2025. I still have lines in my nails. They have certainly hardened but regretfully, a couple of nails are still flaking at the ends, so I have to file trim them. Overall I am happy and will continue on until they are perfect. Question, how long do I have to use this product?
Nails are definitely stronger but still have nail peeling issues on some nails.
As yet no noticeable improvement but will keep using daily for a month then reassess

Have used it consistently since buying the product but sadly there has been no noticeable improvement. My nail are still splitting with vertical ridges.

Thanks for your feedback, and I'm sorry to hear that the cream has not produced noticable improvement. That's quite unusual, but it may be that your nails need more than just the cream alone. In our trials about 5% or people needed more than just the cream, and all of those we trialled it on got a good result from using our liquid product in combination with the cream. The liquid has a much higher concentration of the hydrolysed keratin than is possible in a cream.
I'd very much like to try to help get your nails stronger, if possible. How would you feel about me sending you some of the liquid product (for free) for you to try? I'd be very happy to do so. Just let me know.

I am very pleased to be using Dr Tom nail care. My nails were getting soft and splitting and flaking. I did not like using the everyday nail hardener products so I searched for a better option which provided nutrition for nails. Dr Tom's product has worked very well for me. My nails are no longer splitting and flaking and I love how they feel - very natural and healthy. It is important to use consistently every day. I use morning and night, especially when I am going to bed which give them overnight to take up the product.
18 months of continuous nail gel left my nails thin and in very poor condition. Dr Tom has definitely helped repair and strengthen my nails. It’s a process, not overnight restoration, but it’s definitely slowly but surely helping restore my nails. I definitely recommend this product!

I'm very sorry to hear that you've not found it effective yet.
That's really unusual. The vast majority of people find it very effective.
I'd be very happy to offer you a full refund.
We have had a couple of people who found it didn't work because they were using other products that contain urea.
Some skin creams contain urea, which breaks down keratin bonds in nails (which is the opposite of what our products do), and so would weaken the nail and prevent our products from working.
Alternatively, if there is somethine else wrong with your nails (e.g. a medical problem such as thyroid issues , iron deficiency or infection), that would also make our products less effective.
If you are using products with urea in, and want stronger nails, I'd be very happy to provide you with more of our products for free, to give them a chance to work. If your nails are unusually weak, then I'd strongly recommend persisting with the liquid, and using it perhaps twice per day, as the liquid has the higher concentration of the special hydrolysed keratin which will strengthen the vast majority of nails if used long enough.
Alternatively, if you want a full refund, then that's fine, just let me know.
Either way, I'm sorry it hasn't worked for you yet, and would like to help you get stronger nails if I can.
